Ten seconds. There are a lot of things that can be accomplished in ten seconds or less. Personally, I can ruin my significant other’s day, check off all of the things on the honey-do list without actually doing them, or single handedly delete over 42 hours of my family’s favorite sitcom. The men in the video below decided that they would spend ten seconds of their lives in a much more productive and professional manner.

In less than ten seconds, each and every one of these men proceeded to knock out their opponent in brutal and devastating fashion. There is something diabolical and even anti-climactic when one thinks about a quick and devastating knock out. On the one hand, it is brutal, it is fast, it is completed with accuracy and precision, and is an act of grace, beauty and power however; on the other hand, weeks, months, and sometimes years of preparation have been achieved for this one very moment, promotional efforts have been made, and a build up for a great battle have oftentimes taken place over various periods of time.

After the initial reaction of awe, amazement, and astonishment; fans may be left feeling a bit short changed as the amount of entertainment they received directly proportional to the monetary cost of the experience was less than satisfactory.

It is much like ordering a Mike Tyson pay-per-view in the 90s…much time was spent inviting the fellas over, stocking the house with beer and getting the wife to prepare all sorts of delicious finger foods and ensuring that the kids would be safely out of the way so that you and all your friends could enjoy a good old fashioned evening of fisticuffs while getting drunk on America’s finest lager…only to have Tyson demolish some poor fellow in under 3 rounds leaving you and the boys with a belly full of beer, a thirst for physical violence, and nothing but Teddy Atlas rambling on about blah blah blah…None the less, we can all agree that knockouts are amazing, incredible, and a ballet of coordinated violence befitting of celebration; below are nine of the fastest ever recorded!
