Best known for his magical spectacles and feats of endurance which include being buried alive and frozen in a block of ice , David Blaine looks to demonstrate his iron stomach against the heavy handed punches of none other than the internet’s most famous brawler, Kimbo Slice.
Known as the Iron Shirt Qigong in the Chinese Martial Art of Wushu and also as Harry Houdini’s Iron Stomach in the world of magic, the objective is very similar, the ability to absorb a heavy punch at full force which is delivered to the victim’s body.

Houdini’s famous trick was that he would take punches, but I don’t they had people as scary as Kimbo Slice David Blaine explaining the trick.
This trick carries a certain level of infamy as it was the last trick Harry Houdini performed before succumbing to appendicitis, with reports that the heavy punches he took on his stomach may have contributed to a ruptured appendix which would ultimately lead to his untimely demise in 1926.
The prospect of such an injury doesn’t seem to worry Blaine who proceeds to lift up his shirt and get sized by Kimbo Slice, who unleashed not just one but two heavy right hands directly on Blaine’s stomach.
He goes stumbling back both times but isn’t dropped to the amazement of Kimbo who gave Blaine his due credit.
You’re still standin, man. Wow. You’re a badass.
