We’ve seen all kinds of weird and wonderful MMA entrances over the years, and Eiraldi ‘The Albanian Assassin’s’ may well be the most bizarre of them all.

Euraldi, who isn’t credited with a surname, is apparently an amateur fighter (not to be mistaken for Edmond Xhelili who also goes by the same nickname), who was taking on Andy Gray at UFS 7 in Michigan back in October 29th of 2011 in this video.

With the cameras rolling, Eiraldi is seen stopping at the entrance to the arena wearing a white t-shirt, though it would soon become evident that a straightjacket would have been a better idea.

Taking of his t-shirt, Euraldi suddenly threw it to the ground angrily. Not content with that, he then picked it up and repeatedly threw it down again as if in a fit of rage.

At this stage you can’t help but wonder what the t-shirt had done to deserve this? Had Eiraldi just spotted a particularly stubborn stain that couldn’t be removed? Was the material so rough that it had chaffed his nipples? Sadly we many never know the real answer.

Flexing and waving his hands around wildly like a toddler having a tantrum at a tea party, Euraldi then paused for a moment and let out a roar in front of the bemused crowd.

Eiraldi reached for his t-shirt again, but this time one of his cornermen tried in vain to take it from him, either to stop him from making a further fool of himself, or because they thought the garment had already taken enough of a beating already.

Either way, Eiraldi was having none of it and snatched it back, before proceeding to try, but somewhat inevitably fail, to rip it to shreds.

Having now gone three rounds with the t-shirt, Euraldi finally dispensed with it and made his way to the cage. Despite his earlier exertions he was still as fired up as before, mean-mugging and showing a severe case of invisible lat syndrome as he waddled over to his corner.

After that elaborate build-up the fight was somewhat anti-climatic, with both showcasing truly awful striking, though to be fair to him, Eiraldi still had just enough gas left in the tank to take Grayby to the mat and submit him. In hindsight, the t-shirt put up more of a fight.

Eiraldi’s post-fight reaction made it difficult to decipher whether he was happy, about to burst into tears, or just badly needed to go to the toilet, but for the sake of his sanity, we’re just glad that nobody handed him back his t-shirt.
