Former two time UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez has dished out some of the most brutal and memorable moments of punishment in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, mostly due to his combination of his pedigree wrestling, brutal ground and pound and crisp offensive boxing ability.

Throughout his UFC tenure he has administered a hurricane of beatings to the likes of Antonio Silva (twice), Cheick Kongo, Junior Dos Santos (twice) and Brock Lesnar as well a ferocious knockout victory of Antonio Rodrigo Minotauro Nogueira which eventually led him to UFC gold and two title defences to his name.
Appearing on an episode of Sports Nation, Cain Velasquez went through the numerous techniques he has used inside of the Octagon to the hosts Marcellus Wiley and Michelle Beadle and what makes them so effective in the cage.
After an intense stare down with former NFL Defensive end Marcellus Wiley, Cain proceeds to demonstrate the leg kick to take down combination used on Antonio Silva on a cardboard cut-out, the collar tie and knee combination used on Brock Lesnar on an actual Bigfoot from the audience and the right hook, left hook combination that knocked out Minotauro Nogueira on a heavy bag in studio.
With Marcellus successfully learning the punching combinations from Cain, perhaps he could be the next great NFL crossover into the UFC.
