A famous bodybuilder got more than he bargained for when he attempted to play a prank on an MMA fighter by launching a surprise attack on him.
Aarron Lambo is a hugely popular competitive bodybuilder, gym owner and fitness promoter from the UK, who has almost 600,000 followers on Facebook and millions of views on YouTube.
He certainly looks like a tough customer with his stocky frame, rippling muscles and tattooed face, but how would he fare against a real fighter?
The mischevious Lambo was eager to find out.

This is Paul, Paul Dodson, Lambo quietly told the camera as he watched Dodson train his brother in the gym. He’s a professional cagefighter, meaning he’s fought and taught all over the world – he’s one of the best.
But what I want to know is, are they good when a bodybuilder attacks them from behind while they are teaching.
Despite Lambo’s claims we were unable to locate Dodson’s MMA record, but nonetheless, it would soon become clear that the fighter did indeed know what he was doing.
The 5ft 10, 215lb Lambo initially snuck up behind the Dodson while he was distracted and tried to leap onto the significantly taller fighter’s back.
Dodson was able to keep his balance and stood his ground as Lambo settled for a body lock and tried unsuccessfully to trip him.
In the end Lambo opted for brute strength to drag his opponent to the mat.
However, Dodson stayed calm and used his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills to seize on an opportunity to go for a kneebar submission, quickly locking it up and forcing a yelp from Lambo as he frantically tapped out.

The fight had lasted a grand total of 10 seconds from start to finish.
In my defense, I did train legs yesterday, the sheepish Lambo joked as he struggled back to his feet and limped off, having learned his lesson that a bodybuilder is no match for a trained fighter.
