One of the most terrifying activities that one can engage in is the infamous and always entertaining street fight. There are a variety of factors that figure into a street fight that make this event dangerous, unpredictable, and at times, downright deadly. For starters, the sheer unpredictability of the crowd is cause for concern. For example, I may be able to get the better of you in a bout of the ole’ fisticuffs however; I am incapable of defending myself against your friend who sucker punches me or decides to hit me over the head from behind with an empty beer bottle.
In any situation that can be described as a physical altercation the primary goal of the majority of people involved is to end the confrontation as quickly as possible. One of the easiest ways to do this is with the one punch knockout effectively known as the one hitter quitter. There is no doubt that it takes skill, precision, and power to execute this maneuver flawlessly and the list below looks at some of the best one hit knockouts we’ve seen.

In the clip below we see two gentlemen that are clearly comfortable with hand-to-hand combat. Now whether or not that translates into actual skill or not is not readily available knowledge but as the fight progresses it is clear that our participant in the black shirt has some serious power.
4) Kid packs a punch
Here we are witnessing what appears to be two guys of high school age engaged in a bout of fisticuffs. What plays out is unusual in that punching power is something that is normally developed over time and really comes to fruition in a guy’s late teens or early twenties. What we witness below is the perfect combination of speed and precision which leads to a beautiful fight ending knockout.
3) Into the dark lands
When a person is knocked unconscious, for the most part, everything in the body shuts down; the process is akin to a building losing power for a split second, a lot of times this is referred to as the lights going off. In the short clip below we witness just that.
2) Loudmouth gets what’s coming
The back story here goes something like this: the guy without a shirt on is yelling and screaming at anyone who will listen that he wants to fight. There apparently are no takers until our guy in the red shirt gets fed up with all the raucous and decides to take matters into his own hand.

Our top spot belongs to a man that has some serious power in his hand and is also seriously good at multitasking. In the midst of a hectic brawl, our power puncher throws a single punch sending his foe plummeting to the ground…all the while talking on his cell phone and never taking his backpack off! Some may call this a sucker punch but regardless of the circumstances, some serious timing, power, and finesse are on display.
