Anthony “Rumble” Johnson, in currently training at Henri Hooft’s Hard Knocks 365 in Fort Lauderdale, for a return to the UFC, at heavyweight. In this old clip from when Hooft was head striking coach for the Blackzilians, Johnson is seen sparring Dutch-Surinamese Tyron Spong. Spong, who went 2-0 in MMA in 2013-2014 is best known for his kickboxing, but he fractured his leg in a loss 2014 to Gokhan Saki, and has been boxing since. He currently holds a 14-0 record as a boxer, with only bout going the distance.
