Event notes

The 1st Annual Health, Fitness and MMA Expo festivities will start at 8 am. This will include an assortment of exhibitors centralized around health, fitness and MMA along with special guest appearances. Throughout the day, there will be gi/no gi submission grappling tournament with prizes. Tournament will come to a close at 5 pm. Crossfit will hold a "Fight Gone Bad" challenge. Just added to the day, a seminar hosted by Ed Herman, Rick Story and Evan Dunham. Doors will reopen at 6:30 pm for the night of live cage fights. Fights scheduled to start at 7:30 pm. All festivities will take place at the Oregon State Fairgrounds-PAVILION.

Directions

From The South – Take I-5 northbound to Exit 253 and turn left at the signal. Follow Mission Street to 17th Street and turn right onto 17th Street. Follow 17th Street all the way to the fairgrounds. From The North – Take I-5 southbound to Exit 258 (Portland Road). Turn right onto Portland Road and continue to Lana Avenue. Turnleft onto Lana and follow signs to fairgrounds. From The East – Travel west on Hwy 22 and follow it as it turns into Mission Street. Follow Mission Street to 17th St., turn right and continue on 17th to the fairgrounds. From the West – Travel east on Hwy 22. Cross over Center Street bridge and continue on Center Street to Capitol. Travel on Capitol to Sunnyview Road. Turn right onto Sunnyview and continue to fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds property begins at the corner of 17th St. and Sunnyview Ave.
