Hard Knocks Fighting Championship features both amateur and professional mixed martial arts competition and is sanctioned by the Calgary Combative Sports Commission. Athletes come from various backgrounds around Western Canada to compete in the Hard Knocks Hexagon; including Muay Thai, Brazilian and Japanese Jiu jitsu, and wrestling.
