MASS will showcase some of the nations brightest stars and local up & coming talent in the world of MMA. The Main Event will be a Championship Fight between Wilkes-Barre native and Undefeated Featherweight Champion (11-0) Jimy “The Kid” Hettes vs. current Ring of Combat Featherweight Champion, Jacob Kirwan (11-2). This fight has been long awaited and is the most anticipated matchup on the east coast. Called for by MMA experts, this bout will determine who is the best 145lbs fighter in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Look for this championship match to be a fight of the night candidate. Also the co-main event will feature two UFC veterans, former Ultimate Fighter alumni, Kris “Savage” McCray and “Mr. International” Shonie Carter. This fight brings national attention as two of the most popular characters from the Ultimate Fighter square off in this Welterweight Match-Up. There is never a dull moment in or out of the cage with these warriors. Kris McCray has the hunger and raw power needed to compete with the best in the world in the 170lbs division. McCray will have his hands full with the highly experienced always entertaining “Mr. International”.
