DIRECTIONS TO THE HARRISBURG FORUM The Forum in Harrisburg is located at the corner of Walnut Street and Commonwealth Avenue From Pittsburgh: Take I-76E (PA Turnpike) and take Exit 236 for US-15 toward Harrisburg/Gettysburg and continue toward US-15N and merge onto US-15N. Continue onto Harvey Taylor Bridge, which will lead you onto Forster St. Turn right at N 7th St. N 7th St turns slightly right and will become Walnut St. The Forum Building is located at the corner of Walnut Street and Commonwealth Ave. From Philadelphia: Take I-76W (PA Turnpike) toward Harrisburg and take Exit 247 to merge onto I-283N toward PA-283/Harrisburg/Hershey. Take Exit 3A on left to merge onto I-83S toward Harrisburg and take Exit 43 toward Capitol/2nd St. Turn slight left at S 2nd St, turn right at Market St, and turn left at N 5th St. The Forum building will be in front of you at the corner of Walnut St and Commonwealth Ave. From York: From I-83N, take Exit 43 toward Capitol/2nd St. Turn slight left at S 2nd St, turn right at Market St, and turn left at N 5th St. The Forum building will be in front of you at the corner of Walnut St and Commonwealth Ave. From State College: Take US-322E and continue onto US-22E until you get into Harrisburg. Turn right at Maclay St, and then turn left at N 7th St. N 7th St turns slightly right and will become Walnut Street. The Forum Building is located at the corner of Walnut Street and Commonwealth Ave. From Erie: From I-79S, take Exit 116A to merge onto I-80E toward Clarion. Take Exit 161 for PA- 26 toward US-220S/Bellefonte. Turn right at I-99S/PA-26S and take Exit 73 to merge onto US-322E toward State College/Lewistown. Continue onto US-22E until you get into Harrisburg. Turn right at Maclay St, and then turn left at N 7th St. N 7th St turns slightlyright and will become Walnut Street. The Forum Building is located at the corner of Walnut Street and Commonwealth Ave. From Scranton: From I-81S take Exit 66 for Front St toward Downtown Harrisburg. Keep left at the fork and continue on N Front St. Turn left at Forster St and turn right at N 7th St. N 7th St turns slightly right and will become Walnut St. The Forum Building is located at the corner of Walnut Street and Commonwealth Ave. Parking Garages Near the Forum Building: 5th Street Garage (Market St & N 5th St) – From Forum, continue onto Walnut Street and turn left onto Aberdeen Street. Turn left onto Market Street—parking garage will be on left at the corner of Market and N 5th Streets. Walnut Street Garage (215 Walnut Street) – From Forum, continue onto Walnut Street, parking will be on the left. On-Street Parking There are several visitor spaces on Commonwealth Avenue between North Drive and Walnut Street. All Capitol Complex visitors’ spaces have a one or two-hour limit; all spaces designated for individuals with disabilities have a two-hour limit. Metered spaces are available on Walnut Street, with four-hour limits ($0.25 for 10 minutes). Bus Parking: Buses may use the vacant parking lot beside the office of NASW-PA in Camp Hill. To get there from the Forum Building, continue onto Walnut St and turn right onto N 2nd St. Turn left at Forster St and continue onto Harvey Taylor Bridge. Turn right at N 21st Stand then turn right at Plaza 21 (you will see a sign for Wendy’s as well). You may park anywhere in the open lot.
