I wanted to let everyone know that Chicago Cagefighting Championship will be hosting our second mma event October 16th at the Odeum in Villa Park. The show will be leaps and bounds better than the last as we have made changes based on feedback from spectators at the last event and have also landed many new sponsors. The fight card has an ex-WEC champion Chase Beebe, an Ultimate Fighter TV show contestant Jason Guida, local favorite Mike Lullo, and husband and wife team Tyler Combs and Patti Lee. The event will be shot in HD and will be streaming live on the web. Also, HDNet will be airing the highlights the following week. Ticket prices have been lowered from last time and will be on sale Wednesday September 8th. General admission tickets will be 25% off from September 8-14th. The www.chicagocagefighting.com website will be updated on Wednesday and include the commercial that will be running for the next 5 weeks on Spike and Versus during WEC and UFC shows.
