UFC on ESPN+ 41, also known as UFC Vegas 14, UFC Fight Night: Felder vs. dos Anjos, and UFC Fight Night 183, will be held on Saturday, November 14, at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The event is headlined by a fight at lightweight between former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos, ranked #12 at welterweight, and Paul Felder, ranked #7 at lightweight. Felder, who had expected to commentate the event, stepped in on less than a week’s notice after Khabib Nurmagomedov teammate Islam Makhachev withdrew with an injury. The event is RDA’s return to lightweight.
Dos Anjos won the 155 title beating Anthony Pettis at UFC 185 on March 14, 2015, and successfully defended vs. Donald Cerrone later that year before losing the belt to Eddie Alvarez in mid 2016. A second loss after that year, to Tony Ferguson, lead to a move up to welterweight. RSA was initially successful, beating Tarec Saffiedine, Neil Magny, and Robbie Lawler, before losing to Colby Covington for the interim welterweight championship.
Dos Anjos has struggled since, losing to Kamaru Usman, bouncing back with a submission over Kevin Lee, and then losing to Leon Edwards and Michael Chiesa. That led to the drop back to lightweight, and hoped-for resurrection.
The weigh-ins will take place on Friday, November 13, also at the UFC APEX, and will stream live on The UnderGround at 12:00 Noon ET.
In the USA, the event streams exclusively on the UFC FIGHT PASS streaming app.
