“I have been repeatedly called selfish on social media and been accused of not caring about the lives of other because of my stance that anything besides the N95 mask does nothing to protect the wearer or others from spreading or being infected with the Covid 19 virus, and thus I refuse to wear one.
“But I realized today that I’ve figured out a solution. I have almost 5,000 friends on Facebook. Together they must have over a million friends combined.
“Since so many people want me to wear a mask, I give in. Not for free though. I’m asking just 5,000 people out of the millions to donate $5 each so we can raise $25,000 to start ‘saving lives’. FYI half of the money will be for me to spend on whatever I choose, and the other half will be donated to a pro-life charity. You know, because we have to ‘save lives’. The minute I receive the full amount, I’ll start wearing a mask and will continue to through the end of the fake pandemic.
“I fully expect all of those who are so concerned with the lives of others that they feel it necessary to shame and condemn me for not wearing a mask to contribute. After all, it’s only $5 and it’s guaranteed to save lives’. Time to put your money where your mouth is, and a mask where my nose and mouth are.
“Again, seems like $5 is a small sacrifice to save so many lives. If you don’t contribute your part, then don’t say another word to me or anyone about wearing a mask, please. Because if $5 is too much to ask, then you obviously don’t care at all about ‘saving lives’. Also, the mask I wear will say ‘BLM’ on it, so if you don’t want to give me your $5 you might want to do some serious soul searching, because you’re probably a racist too.
“Lastly, I’m dead serious. Do your part life savers.”

For the record, McCorkle is of course factually incorrect that wearing a mask does nothing to slow the spread of COVID-19 today. If you lean left, you hopefully already are, even when you’re protesting. If you lean right and don’t, you probably don’t even know how to spell COVID-19, so just listen to President Trump – it’s the patriotic thing to do.
