McGregor: This isn’t over when the fight is over
Conor McGregor: “It’s not over after this fight, trust me on that. Every one of them can watch where they f@$%ing step, watch what they say, what they do, watch where they f@$%ing sleep at night.”

Former UFC champ champ Conor McGregor has done little publicity ahead of his fight with new lightweight champion Conor McGregor, but ‘Notorious’ appeared recently on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show and vowed that the feud with ‘The Eagle’ and his Dagestani friends would not end on Saturday at UFC 229. The beef began when Nurmagmedov and his entourage had words with McGregor’s SBGi teammate Artem Lobov. McGregor then dashed in a jet with his friends and threw a handtruck at fighter bus with Khabib on it. McGregor succeeded in hurting two fighters to the point they couldn’t fight that weekend, plus a UFC employee. UFC women’s strawweight Rose Namajunas is still rattled. Nurmagomedov was amused.
But McGregor remains livid.
F*** every single one of them,” said McGregor, as transcribed by Gavin Quinn for The Irish Mirror. Every single one of them can get it, and this is never going to be over. It’s not over after this fight, trust me on that. Every one of them can watch where they f***ing step, watch what they say, what they do, watch where they f***ing sleep at night! The man is a fake rat, Ariel.
I’m not going to go into each one of them [controversies], they’re all completely separate. Some of them are absolute bulls***, it is what it is.”
I don’t really care about him [being] rattled from a verbal standpoint. I’m going to rattle him with my fists and maybe other weapons that I have in my locker, that’s how he’s going to be rattled.
I believe knockout. A devastating, devastating KO. I hope it’s not too early, to be honest. I believe I will ‘clatter’ him, he will crumble. I believe they can’t take a smack. I think he reacts like a novice, a man with a glass chin that just hasn’t been cracked yet.
Nurmagomedov too spoke out.
It’s more personal for me because I want to make this guy pay,” said The Eagle. This guy is going to pay for everything that he said, that he did.”
He drinks this bulls***whiskey and he’s drunk like this, how is he going to fight 25 minutes? When you are on top of him and he is tired; you’re going to get him to tap. He tapped four times already, and for number five, he can tap easily.
He says he has good whiskey, he says he has good money and he thinks that this is legacy. When the cage closes: I’m going to be very close every time and first of all make him tired and then make him tap.
This is my plan.
I’m going to tell him [during the fight]: ‘Don’t give up, keep going… With you Irish people, you talk English. The real Irish language, these guys don’t support you but it’s okay – you can give up!’
