Last week a report surfaced that UFC’s strawweight Rachel Ostovich had been the victim of a domestic assault at the hand’s of her husbands. It was later revealed that her husand was arrested and charged with attempted murder for the assault.
Today TMZ updated their report to include detailed information from the court filing:
From petition for restraining order successfully filed in Hawaii: “After a night out with family, [Arnold Berdon] punched me repeatedly on the head, face, ribs, making me fall to the ground. I gasped for breath and escaped thru balcony. I coughed up blood, threw up several times. Cracked orbital.” Ostovich claims Berdon had physically abused her in the past, citing a specific incident on May 6, 2018 where he allegedly punched her in the legs repeatedly, leaving bruises. Berdon’s family members say the professional fighter plans to argue that he was defending himself and did not initiate the violence. h/t TMZ
