Brave Combat Federation has released the full fight card for its return home on November 16 at the culmination of Brave International Combat Week 2018.

Brave Combat Federation has released the full fight card for its return home. Brave 18 is set to take place on November 16th, in Bahrain, during the Brave International Combat Week 2018. Brave ICW 2018, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, will be the largest combat sports festival held in Asia.

The main event features a title unification bout between interim lightweight champion Lucas Mineiro and top contender Kareem-Abdul Al-Selwady. Other two Brave belts will be on the line, as bantamweight titleholder Stephen Loman defends against Felipe Efrain, and flyweights Marcel Adur and Velimurad Alkhasov fight to become the division’s first-ever titleholder. The fight card will feature bouts alongside the joined promotion from WFCA 54. The co-main event will feature the bout between Abdul Rakhman Dudaev from Russia and Joe Taimanglo from Guam. Magomedrasul Khasbulaev from Russia will face the USA’s Robert Emerson in a featherweight bout.
The seven-fight undercard features multiple talents who came through the IMMAF developmental system. Bahrain’s world amateur medalist Hussain Ayyad will face Hassan Abo Ali from Egypt in a flyweight bout. Akhmed Sheraniev from Russia will face Antonio Carlos Ribeiro from Brazil in a featherweight bout. 2017 IMMAF gold medalist Benjamin Bennett will face Khamzat Chimaev from Sweden in a welterweight bout and Conor McGregor’s sparring partner Cian Cowley will go for his second promotional victory against Hardeep Rai at catchweight. Meanwhile, former Brave title challenger Luan “Miau” Santiago takes on Djamil Chan in a strikers battle for the ages.
The fight night will be broadcast live on Abu Dhabi Sports in the Middle East and North Africa, and on Combate in Brazil. StarSat and VodaCom will broadcast the event live in Africa. Fite TV will provide the live digital broadcast of the event in the USA, while Brave TV will provide live digital broadcast of the event where broadcast partners are yet to be established.
