Sometimes a victim of bullying comes to the conclusion that they have no option left but to try to stand up for themselves, and for the kid in this video, that courageous decision led to him sending his tormentor a message that he won’t soon forget.

According to a bystander, who can be heard speaking at the start of the video, the nerdy looking blonde-haired kid with the glasses had been kicked in the balls earlier in the day by the dark-haired youth in the white shirt.

The victim had obviously decided that he wasn’t just going to wait around in fear of being bullied again, so he had psyched himself up to confront his taller, heavier-set bully later in the school hallway.

Let’s do it now, the blonde-haired kid told his tormentor. You wanna do it? Let’s do it, now!

When I start swinging, don’t be talking sh*t, the bully said in return.

The victim then launched a haymaker, but it missed. Undeterred he unleashed another couple of punches, then clinched up and bundled his bully to the floor.

He allowed his rival to pick himself back off the floor and then they got right back to it, as other bystanders watched on.

The bully charged at him like a raging bull, only to be clocked by a hard overhand right that knocked him flat on his back, leaving him dazed and clutching his head.

A teacher then arrived on the scene and broke up the fight before it escalated any further, but that punch had already proven to be a showstopper, and something tells me that bully is going to think twice before picking on that guy again!

Of course, while this particular incident ended in the victim’s favor, it’s worth stressing that fighting should always be seen as a last resort.
