Belarusian bruiser Andrei Arlovski is not a man anyone should want to mess around with. The former Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight champion of the world has spent the last seventeen years fighting on the world’s largest stages and taking on some of the baddest men on the planet, from Fedor Emelianenko to Travis Browne to Frank Mir.
In 2009, Arlovski visited MTV’s Bully Beatdown. Hosted by the enigmatic Jason Mayhem Miller. Bully Beatdown was a reality show in which people who’ve been suffering at the hands of a bully bring their tormentor on to the show to test their toughness, and see how they fare trying to pick on someone who has spent most of their life learning and practicing to destroy other people with their bare hands.
As one would guess, things rarely seemed to work out for the bullies.
In this episode, friends Martin and Nedesh explain to Arlovski the suffering they’ve endured at the hands of their bully Nathan. The Pitbull interrupts and informs them that’s enough, that’s enough… I come here to help you guys. I’ll take care [of it], don’t worry.
Arlovski and the pudgy bully square off before the bell, and one is provoked to question Nathan’s intellect and mental stability, as he actually has the gall to trash talk the stoic ex-UFC champ.
As one would expect, Arlovski absolutely has his way with Nathan in both the striking and grappling portions of the show, leaving the soft, overweight bully in pain, out of breath and filled with regret.
