An ingenious prankster has released a video showing how he sneaks backstage and rub shoulders with the stars at Friday night’s Mayweather Vs McGregor press conference in London.
The enterprising individual with the balls of steel who carried out this entertaining wheeze is a YouTuber by the name of Zac Alsop, who is no stranger to these kinds of antics, having previously fooled people into believing he was an Olympic gold medallist, as well as sneaking into various different concerts.
After being informed that the Mayweather Vs McGregor traveling circus was headed his way last week, Alsop decided that this was too good of an opportunity to miss, and so despite not having a ticket for the show, he decided to bluff his way backstage anyway.
Alsop began by locating a photo of both the promoter and guest passes for the event that had been posted up on Instagram by Mayweather’s driver.

Alsop got to work in Photoshop recreating both passes, printed them off and ran them through a laminating machine for added authenticity, then completed his look with a suit, a £4 earpiece and a random ‘VIP’ wristband from a nightclub.
With his kit complete, Alsop headed to London and scoped out the large queue forming outside the SSE Wembley Arena for the event.
Spotting some of Mayweather’s crew, Alsop managed to get in behind them and was then able to follow closely behind them to get past the initial security check at the door.
From there Alsop was able to walk around behind the scenes, even passing by UFC President Dana White at one point, and finally made it to onto the floor of the arena where the presser would be taking place.
Not content with that, Alsop then managed to make his way backstage by following two members of Mayweather’s camera crew, and for the piece de resistance he then cheekily joined up with McGregor and his crew just in time to walk out to the stage with them!

With that mission complete Alsop then watched the presser from ringside and also made his way to the post-fight media Q&A with Conor McGregor afterward, standing just inches from the superstar.
Alsop managed to get away afterward without being caught and the video of his antics has since gone viral and gained widespread mainstream media coverage.
