Duane Bang Ludwig was voted coach of the year in 2013 & 2014 because of how much improvement he brought in a short period to the striking of Team Alpha Male, even helping TJ Dillashaw dethrone former pound-for-pound ranked Renan Barao to capture the UFC Bantamweight title in the process.

So why not let him help transform your striking as well with the techniques taught in the video below?

The jab is the most important punch to know how to throw and also counter against, as it should be the most common strike thrown. It isn’t the flashiest or fan-friendly technique, but if mastered, it can be used to completely shut down your opponent’s offense. If your go-to counter to it isn’t working for some reason, it is always good to have a backup or two that you can pull out just in case.

Have you ever used any of these techniques? If so, did you find success using them? Let us know in the comments!
