The battlefield has no rules, referees or weight restrictions, making Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu one of the best forms of combat you can study before being deployed in hostile territory or having to defend your own.

Not only will Brazilian (or Gracie) Jiu-Jitsu help by teaching you the techniques to defend yourself, it will help you attain the confidence and clarity to execute them in a life or death situation.

Even if you are not a solider of any sort, you may be able to still benefit from training Jiu-Jitsu. Along with being an excellent way to a break a sweat or lose a few pounds, Jiu-Jitsu will make going through your everyday tasks seem easy in comparison to the workout it puts you through.
