Want to see what kind of moves former professional wrestler and future mixed martial artist CM Punk has been training ahead of his professional debut in the UFC?

With fighters around the world pouring their blood, sweat, and tears into training every day, many were upset when it was announced that CM Punk with no true formal training had been signed to fight within the UFC.

Fans of mixed martial arts have searched the net looking for videos of Punk training in any discipline of martial arts, but there isn’t much to find, which makes this video of him teaching his favorite grappling technique more interesting than it might normally be.

Depending on who you are, you likely either hope to see CM Punk thrive under the unusual conditions or fail, but almost every fan has an opinion on the situation one way or the other. The former WWE star was expected to make his debut against 2-0 up-and-coming prospect Mickey Gall at UFC 199, but after a back injury it has been delayed.
